ANALISIS HVSR UNTUK MIKROZONASI BAHAYA GEMPA SEISMIK DI KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN KECAMATAN KEPAHIANG KABUPATEN KEPAHIANG PROVINSI BENGKULU
Kepahiang District, located in Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province, is a densely populated residential area with a population of 53,066 people. traversed by the Sumatra Fault, Musi Segment. This study aims to estimate the seismic hazard potential on the residental area of Kepahiang District through a microzoning approach using the microtremor method. Data from 14 measurements points were analyzed using the HVSR method followed by shear wave velocity (V_s30) inversion to classify spil types iin the area. The analysis results indicate that the study area is dominated by low f_0 values and high T_0, suggesting thick sediment layers and soft rocks, especially in the northern and southern parts of the region, including Kampung Bogor Village and Pasar Kepahiang Village. The inverted V_s30 values range from 147.619 m/s to 355.282 m/s, indicating three soil types : SC (hard soil, very dense soil and soft rock), SD (medium soil) and SE (soft soil). The SD type, representing medium stiffness soil, doinated the study area, indicating potential seismic wave amplification, which increases the risk of earthquake damage.
