ANALISIS POTENSI BAHAYA SEISMIK DENGAN PENDEKATAN MIKROTREMOR DI WILAYAH PERKANTORAN DAN PEMUKIMAN SEKITAR SESAR SUMATERA KECAMATAN KEPAHIANG KABUPATEN KEPAHIANG PROVINSI BENGKULU
Kepahiang District, located in Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province, is an area with a significant earthquake risk potential due to its location on the Sumatra Fault Zone, which is an active seismic zone. This study aims to analyze the seismic hazard potential in the office and residential areas of Kepahiang District using a microtremor approach. Data were collected from 18 measurement points and analyzed using the HVSR method to obtain the dominant frequency and amplification values. The processed data were used to determine the soil type and characteristics related to sediment thickness and stiffness, as well as to calculate the seismic vulnerability index. Furthermore, an inversion process was carried out to obtain the shear wave velocity (Vs30) to classify the soil characteristics in the study area. The analysis results showed that the f₀ values ranged from 0.665 Hz to 6.000 Hz, T₀ from 0.166 s to 1.503 s, A₀ from 2.171 to 7.366, and the seismic vulnerability index from 2.290 to 24.084. The HVSR inversion results indicated that the Vs30 values ranged from 198.296 m/s to 489.797 m/s. Based on these results, the study area has varying soil characteristics and seismic vulnerability levels, which need to be considered in earthquake risk mitigation efforts in Kepahiang District.
