This study aims to determine the strategy of introducing eco-enzyme based organic fertilizer to farmers in Pemulutan District. This study was conducted from December 2024 to March 2025 in Pemulutan District and Sriwijaya University. The method used in this study is gap analysis, namely the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), Literature study, field observation (action research) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The parameters observed in this study are Farmers' Knowledge of Organic Fertilizer, Fertilizer Use by Farmers, Potential of Agricultural Land, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Agriculture. Based on the results of data obtained from several sources, the most realistic scenario is the Optimistic scenario; with the prioritized target being Farmers Making Their Own Organic Fertilizer with Locally Available Materials; to achieve the target, the priority strategy is to assist farmer groups to make organic fertilizer to be sold to other farmers.
