This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and workload on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Research and Development Center, South Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Research and Development Center, South Jakarta, totaling 101 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 81 respondents. The research method used is the quantitative method. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Research and Development Center, South Jakarta
