he Importance of Digitalization of Public Services in the Modern Era, where websites are one of the main platforms used to improve the efficiency and accessibility of public services to the RT/RW level. Mintorejo Village created the Mintorejo Online Website in serving the Community. This study aims to see the Quality of the Mintorejo. Online Website in serving the Mintorejo Alang-Alang Lebar Village Community in Palembang City. With the Quantitative Descriptive Method, the researcher used the Webqual 4.0 theory with the Dimensions of Usability. Information Quality, and Interaction Quality and analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the Mintorcjo. Online webrite obtained a WebQual Index value of 0.95, indicating good quality according to user perception. All service indicators are in quadrant II in the IPA analysis, which means that the service is considered important and its performance has met or almost met user expectations. However, the gap analysis showed an average negative value of -0.24, Indicating that there is still a gap between actual performance and user expectations, especially in the interaction quality aspect. However, Improvements are still needed, especially in terms of providing a column for criticism and suggestions, ease of finding information, and case of operating the website KEYWORDS: Quality, Digitalization of Services, Mintorejo.
