PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DI RESTORAN J.CO PALEMBANG INDAH MALL
This study analyzes the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at J.CO Restaurant Palembang Indah Mall. The research employs a quantitative method with probability sampling of the entire consumer population (122 respondents) and collects primary data through questionnaires. The findings reveal that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and both service quality and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
