This study examines the influence of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and financial performance (measured by Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR)) on stock returns of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. Using a quantitative approach with panel data analysis and the Common Effect Model (CEM), it was found that ESG, ROA, and DAR simultaneously have a positive effect on stock returns. Partially, only ESG has a significant positive influence on stock returns. ROA shows a non-significant negative effect, while DAR has a positive but non-significant effect. These results highlight the importance of ESG factors in investment decisions within the Indonesian capital market.
