Background: Incorrect tooth brushing behavior can cause dental and oral diseases in childhood. Educational media is one of the efforts that can help increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of dental and oral health behavior. Objective: To determine the influence of educational media “daily book challenge” in improving tooth brushing behavior in children aged 10-12 years at SD Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang. Methods: This study is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 36 children divided into a control group and a treatment group. Measurement of children's tooth brushing behavior using a questionnaire and statistical analysis was carried out using the T-Independent test.
