PROSES PENYETORAN RETRIBUSI DAERAH PADA BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG UTAMA KAPTEN A RIVAI
This report examines the regional retribution payment process implemented at Bank Sumsel Babel, Captain A. Rivai Main Branch, as part of its efforts to support transparency and efficiency in managing Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This observation was conducted through fieldwork (internship) on the payment mechanism conducted through teller and mobile banking services. This process is supported by data integration between the bank and the local government through a real-time reporting dashboard, ensuring that all transactions are recorded automatically and accurately. Observations indicate that the implemented retribution payment process has improved service speed, reduced the risk of recording errors, and increased public participation in paying retribution. However, several obstacles remain, such as low digital literacy, limited technological infrastructure in certain areas, and potential technical disruptions in the mobile banking process. Overall, Bank Sumsel Babel has effectively fulfilled its role as a partner to the local government by providing a modern, secure, and easily accessible retribution payment channel. This success demonstrates the positive synergy between the banking sector and the government in realizing accountable and sustainable regional financial governance.
