ANALISIS KAPASITAS JALAN MENGGUNAKAN PTV VISSIM
Road capacity is the amount of traffic that a road section can accommodate in a certain period of time. Road capacity can be expressed as the number of vehicles that pass a certain road section in one hour (vehicles/hour) or by taking into account the various types of vehicles that use the road. This research uses PTV VISSIM Full Version software. Simulations are carried out 30 times for two different types of roads, namely standard roads with a width of 3.50 m and special roads with a width of 2.50 m, along with parameters that have been adjusted based on existing data. There is. The research results show that data is needed to obtain road capacity on PTV VISSIM, namely general data, road data, vehicle type data, speed data, and driver behavior data. The research results show that standard road capacity occurs when the number of vehicles passing through a road reaches 1350 vehicles, and for special roads, it shows that road capacity occurs when the number of vehicles reaches 1300 vehicles. The results of this research analysis show that the general equation for the capacity of a road section can be determined using a correction factor. In this research, the correction factor itself is the width of each road, namely 1 meter. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the more correction factors there are, the more influence they will have on the capacity of a road section.
