Work-family conflict is a condition that is felt when work roles interfere with family roles or vice versa. This study aims to determine the description of work-family conflict in mothers who work as nurses. There were 120 participants in this study and 36 people were used as trial participants. Measurements were made with a standardized scale modified by the researcher based on the theory of Netemeyer, Boles and McMurrian (1996). The work-family conflict scale consists of 30 items with a Cronbach alpha coefficient of 0.949. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical technique. The results showed that the majority of mothers who worked as nurses were in the moderate work-family conflict category. The results of additional analysis also revealed that mothers who work as nurses in early adulthood, divorced marital status, the age of the youngest child in the middle and late childhood stages, and do not have ART have a higher mean rank value and are more vulnerable to work-family conflict.
