This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and individual competence on the performance of the management staff at the Sjakhyakirti Educational Foundation in Palembang. The sample in this study consisted of 35 staff members from the foundation. The data collection techniques used in this study included field research through questionnaires, observation, unstructured interviews, and literature review. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that both the leadership variable and the individual competence variable have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the management staff at the Sjakhyakirti Educational Foundation in Palembang.
