PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN, PERSEPSI MANFAAT, DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE BANKING PADA BANK OCBC NISP PALEMBANG
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust on customer decisions to use mobile banking at Bank OCBC NISP Palembang. The population in this study consists of 208 customers of Bank OCBC NISP Palembang. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that all variables perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust significantly influence customer decisions to use mobile banking. Bank OCBC NISP Palembang continuously strives to improve the quality of its mobile banking services to ensure accessibility for all customer segments. The bank enhances digital security and provides education to customers on how to use mobile banking effectively, aiming to maximize its usage. These efforts are intended to deliver greater benefits and convenience to users. By doing so, the bank fosters increased trust and confidence among customers.
