Sexual behavior in adolescents is a reflects of the growth and development process they are experiencing. Low levels of knowledge can impact to the adolescents' manner in respond to and deal with premarital sexual behavior. This study aims to determine description of adolescent knowledge regarding premarital sexual behavior at the MA Miftahul Jannah Foundation. This study used a descriptive survey research method. The total of respondents were 43 students aged 15-18 years. The sample was selected using nonprobability sampling with a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire. The results of this study explained the distribution of adolescent knowledge, it obtained more than half 22 (51.2%) respondents had good knowledge, 18 (41.9%) respondents had adequate knowledge, and 3 (7.0%) respondents had insufficient knowledge. Premarital sexual behavior which obtained from the results of this study showed that 22 (51.2%) respondents had good knowledge, indicating there was a correlation with adolescents' knowledge levels. The knowledge owned by students regarding premarital sexual behavior have a crucial role in helping them understand the potential risks related to sexual behavior and how to prevent and avoid them. Sexual behavior is linked to education, enabling students to understand the dangers of premarital sex and control themselves from such behavior.
