PENGARUH LATIHAN LARI ZIG-ZAG PADA KEMAMPUAN DRIBBLING PEMAIN FUTSAL SMART PRABUMULI
This study aimed to determine the effect of zigzag running training on dribbling ability in Smart Prabumulih Futsal players. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group test and post-test design. This design included a pretest before treatment and a posttest after treatment. The population in this study was 40 Smart Prabumulih Futsal players. The sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument used in this study was a zigzag running test. Data analysis used SPPS 25 software with a T-test, ensuring the sample was homogeneous and normally distributed. The results of this study showed a significant effect, as seen from the results of the initial test (pretest), which showed that the fastest dribbling time with zigzag running was 14.13 and the slowest time was 19.06, with an average of 17.2275. After being given zig-zag running training, there was an increase in the fastest time of 12.36 and the slowest time of 17.83, with an average of 15.0033. Based on the T-test of the pretest-posttest results, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, with a calculated t-value of 11.533 and a t-table value of 1.684. Based on the t-test of the pretest-posttest results, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, with a calculated t-value of 11.533 and a t-table value of 1.684. Judging from the significance value being less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t-value being greater than the t-table (11.533>1.684), it can be concluded that zig-zag running training affects the dribbling ability of Smart Prabumulih futsal players.
