ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENERIMAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI BIMA+ MENGGUNAKAN MODEL UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY 3 (UTAUT 3)
Bima+ is an application that operates in the field of digital services for users of the Tri cellular operator. With various internet package options, promos, and rewards from points offered in the Bima+ application. But unfortunately, this application still has shortcomings, one of which is a significant price increase. However, signal quality that is not yet optimal becomes one of the obstacles in the use of the Bima+ application. Therefore, it is important to measure the success of acceptance and usage of the digital service platform that it has developed. In this research, the UTAUT 3 method is used to measure the success of the Bima+ application based on user perceptions regarding the factors that influence the acceptance and usage of the application. By using 8 independent variables such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Habit, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Personal Innovativeness in IT and 2 dependent variables such as Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. In the research on the acceptance and usage of the Bima+ application, a questionnaire was distributed via Google Forms with a total of 150 respondents obtained, who came from the city of Palembang. In the results of this research, it was found that the variables Performance Expectancy and Hedonic Motivation had a significant effect on the Behavioral Intention of acceptance and usage of the Bima+ application. Then the variable Personal Innovativeness in IT had a significant effect on the Use Behavior of acceptance and usage of the Bima+ application. Meanwhile, the variables Effort Expectancy, Habit, Personal Innovativeness in IT, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Price Value did not have a significant effect on the Behavioral Intention of acceptance and usage of the Bima+ application. Furthermore, the variables Facilitating Conditions, Habit, and Behavioral Intention did not have a significant effect on the Use Behavior of acceptance and usage of the Bima+ application.
