ANALISIS PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA PADA APLIKASI BSTATION MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)

Bstation known as Bilibili is a video streaming platform that provides anime, movies, dramas and user-generated content. The popularity of Bstatioon among anime enthusiasts is quite high because it offers legal acces to various anime series. However, the application still faces several user compalaints in Playstore reviews. This is reflected in Bstation’s rating on the Playstore, which only reaches 3.3 with 714,000 reviews. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Bstation application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method evaluates five main variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness to gain an indepth understanding of the user experience. The results show that the Content variable has a satisfaction level of 79.9%, Accuracy at 80.5%, Format at 83.3%, Ease of Use at 85.1%, and Timeliness at 80.3%. All of these variables are classified as very high, indicating that users are generally satisfied with the Bstation application, although some aspects still need improvement to achieve optimal performance.
