Kelurahan Plaju Darat still uses a manual system for archiving outgoing letters, which poses a risk of data loss and makes document retrieval difficult. This study aims to design a web-based outgoing letter archiving application to improve administrative efficiency. The method used is Prototyping, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The application was developed using CodeIgniter 3 and MySQL as the database. Blackbox testing shows that all features function as expected. This system facilitates the digital recording, searching, and management of outgoing letters at Kelurahan Plaju Darat.
