This study aims to develop a flipbook-based instructional module for the Sheet Metal Work course in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program at Sriwijaya University. The research applied the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, and development. The product produced is an interactive digital module developed using Flipbook Professional software. Validation was carried out by content and media experts, resulting in average scores of 4.4 and 4.5, respectively, both categorized as "very valid." Practicality tests were conducted through one-to-one, small group, and field test stages, with average scores of 4.14, 4.03, and 4.33, respectively, indicating the module is “practical” to “highly practical.” The results show that the flipbook-based instructional module is feasible and effective as a learning medium for the Sheet Metal Work course and can improve students' engagement and comprehension during the learning process.
