This research is entitled “Development of E-LKPD Content Using Liveworksheet Based on Artificial Intelligence to Improve Critical Thinking at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya”. The learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya still relies on conventional LKPD that has not been integrated with artificial intelligence technology. However, SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya already has adequate technological support to develop digital learning content, such as the availability of good ICT facilities and infrastructure. This research was conducted in class X.5 SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya, and is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. This study aims to develop E-LKPD content with validity and effectiveness that can affect student learning outcomes and can improve critical thinking skills. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D). The validity of the E-LKPD content is based on the results of expert validation conducted to material experts, media experts, and linguists. The results of material validation amounted to 4.66, media experts amounted to 4.52, and linguists amounted to 4.53 with a very valid category. The effectiveness of the E-LKPD content can be seen from the learning outcomes of students measured from the field trial stage in pretest and posttest activities with a value of 36.94% and N-gain of 0.75 which is included in the high category. The level of critical thinking ability is measured from essay questions, and an average score of 78.25% is obtained in the good category. It can be concluded that the content of this E-LKPD is valid and effective.
