Anemia is one of the health problems that is often experienced by adolescent girls and can have a negative impact on the quality of life, such as decreased concentration, academic achievement, and reproductive health. One of the main factors causing anemia is a deficit of knowledge about this disease and how to preventif. Therefore, health education nusing video media and booklet is one of the efforts that can be done to improve adolescent girls' knowledge about anemia. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach in three families who had adolescent girls with the main problem of knowledge deficit.The intervention was carried out by providing health education nusing video media and booklets. The results of the study showed that the three families experienced a knowledge deficit related to the family's inability to recognize health problems. After the intervention was given, there was an increase in knowledge in the third family, with a final score of 80%–87% and included in the good category. Based on these results, health education using video media and booklets has proven effective in improving adolescent girls' knowledge about anemia, and can be used as an applicable educational strategy in the community
