The manual library management system at Pondok Pesantren Al-Amalul Khair Palembang still faces various challenges, such as slow data entry, risk of data loss, and low efficiency. This research aims to design a web-based library application to support administrative processes, including book data entry, borrowing, returning, and reporting. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The application provides access for administrators, members, leadership, and guests. Testing using the Black Box method shows that the system functions properly and improves the effectiveness of library management.
