The Life of Mine (LOM) Pit 1A design of PT Multi Service Mining underwent modifications due to a boundary with PT Anugrah Cofindo Indonesia, reducing the mining area from 57.598 ha to 50.094 ha. This resulted in a decrease in overburden reserves (from 10,745,290.68 BCM to 9,489,031.26 BCM) and coal (from 3,182,393.99 Tons to 2,769,738.83 Tons). Operations using 7 fleets yield an annual capacity of 4,814,356.29 BCM of overburden and 1,431,691.11 Tons of coal. Although reserves decreased, financial analysis shows that the efficiency and profitability of the new design are better. Total costs decreased from Rp370,555,893,962 (old) to Rp316,138,076,739 (new). Most significantly, Net Profit increased from Rp20,558,040,123 (old) to Rp28,221,944,111 (new), showing an increase in profitability of Rp7,663,903,988
