ANALISIS INDUSTRI USAHA PECEL LELE DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The culinary business of catfish pecel has prospects for rapid development in the city of Palembang. Therefore, this research aims to determine the added value, profit level, and efficiency of the catfish pecel business in Palembang. The analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method using the variables of added value, profit, and efficiency. The data used is primary data obtained through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data from the Cooperative and MSME Office of Palembang City and BPS. Based on the research results, it was found that this business generates a relatively high average added value of 10.4 with a profit level of 24.8, and an average efficiency level of 1.8. It can be concluded that the catfish pecel business in Palembang city is classified as efficient.
