ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAST TRACK PADA PROYEK PENGGANTIAN JEMBATAN AIR SERAMI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
This study evaluates the Fast Track method's effectiveness in optimizing time and cost management for the Air Serami Bridge replacement project in South Sumatra's Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Through Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and Microsoft Project analysis, the research demonstrates how parallel task execution with Start-to-Start scheduling reduced project duration by 4 days (2.22%) and saved IDR 7.7 million (0.11%) in indirect costs while maintaining direct costs, though requiring enhanced coordination and risk management. The findings highlight Fast Track's potential for infrastructure projects in developing regions, suggesting future integration of BIM and AI technologies for improved efficiency in time-constrained construction projects with limited budgets.
