This research aims to address the challenges in managing inpatient financial data at the Pematang Panggang IV Public Health Center, where manual processes lead to slow data access, a high risk of errors in cost calculation, and difficulties in preparing timely revenue reports. To overcome these issues, a web-based inpatient financial data processing application was developed using PHP and MySQL. The research methodology involved primary data collection through observation and interviews, with the waterfall model applied for system development, which included stages of requirements analysis, system design (DFD and ERD), implementation, and black box testing. The resulting application is capable of managing the entire inpatient transaction cycle, from patient registration, recording of medical and medication costs, to the final billing process and reporting. This system is expected to improve operational efficiency for Front Office staff, reduce financial data errors, and provide informative revenue reports for the Head of the Public Health Center to support monitoring and decision-making functions
