This study aims to explore the efforts made by the local community to preserve batik khaman as the traditional batik of Lubuk Raman Village Rambang Niru Sub-district Muara Enim Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach, involving 7 key informants and 2 supporting informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on data analysis, the study concludes that the community's efforts to preserve batik khaman include organizing batik-making training, participating in exhibitions, innovating batik designs, and promoting the culture of wearing batik
