UPAYA SAVE THE CHILDREN DALAM MENGATASI STUNTING DI NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR MELALUI PROGRAM BISA (BETTER INVESTMENT FOR STUNTING ALLEVIATION) 2019-2024
Stunting is one of the chronic nutritional problems that remains a serious challenge in health development in Indonesia, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT), which records the highest prevalence at the national level. This study aims to analyze the efforts of Save the Children as an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) in addressing stunting in NTT through the BISA Program (Better Investment for Stunting Alleviation) during the 2019-2024 period. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model. The INGO theory developed by L. David Brown and Mark H. Moore serves as the main conceptual framework for understanding the role of Save the Children, which is categorized into three dimensions: welfare and service delivery, capacity building for self-help, and policy and institutional influence.
