A website is an important tool for disseminating information and providing digital services. Graha Teknologi Sriwijaya, as a center for innovation and technology in South Sumatra, has an official website that serves as a medium for communication, promotion, and information. However, it is not yet known how users experience the website. This study aims to evaluate the user experience on the Graha Teknologi Sriwijaya website using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method.The UEQ method was chosen because it can measure six main aspects of user experience: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 109 respondents, consisting of visitors and employees, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The evaluation results showed that all categories received positive ratings, particularly in the categories of attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, and dependability for users.
