ANALISIS DIGITAL MATURITY DI KANTOR DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG
Digital maturity is the level of effectiveness of an organization, including government organizations, in utilizing digital technology in its work activities. The more mature an organization's digital systems, the more effective and efficient it is in utilizing digital systems to support its performance. This study aims to measure the extent of digital maturity at the Palembang City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) office. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing the E-Government Digital Maturity theoretical model by Hillanger and Belanger (2001), which encompasses five main dimensions: information, two-way communication, transactions, integration, and participation. The results indicate that the digital system at the Palembang City DPRD is not yet mature because it is still limited to information and transactions, but cannot provide rapid information updates on several digital platforms. It cannot yet provide a digital system that enables the digital absorption of aspirations and communication between the public and DPRD members.
