This study aims to characterize and quantify bioactive compounds in three gastropod species, namely Natica fasciata, Terebralia sulcata, and Littorina scabra, found in the mangrove ecosystem of Pulau Payung, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The extraction process was carried out using the maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent, followed by phytochemical testing and LC-MS analysis to determine the types and levels of bioactive compounds. The results showed that Natica fasciata contained only tannins at a concentration of 0.37 mg/gr, Littorina scabra contained saponins at a concentration of 1.3 mg/gr, and Terebralia sulcata contained a combination of saponins 1.0 mg/gr and tannins 0.13 mg/gr. LC-MS validation of compound types in T. sulcata successfully identified 12 saponin derivatives, 2 tannin derivatives, as well as saturated and unsaturated fatty acid compounds. Statistical ANOVA analysis showed no significant differences in bioactive compound levels among species. These results indicate that the three Gastropoda species have potential as sources of bioactive compounds that differ according to the characteristics of each species. Keywords: Bioactive compounds, Gastropods, LC-MS, Littorina scabra, Natica fasciata, Terebralia sulcata, Payung Island
