ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SUKARAMI KOTA PALEMBANG
Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through the Aedes aegypti mosquito as the vector. Dengue cases in Palembang City increased by 70% in early March 2024. The total number of cases reached 371, with 105 new cases and 5 deaths. Sukarami Health Center recorded the highest number of cases with 66 cases. This study aims to analyze factors related to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the working area of Sukarami Health Center, Palembang City. This research design uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional method with a total of 107 respondents. Data analysis used the chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between water reservoirs (p-value 0.024), waste disposal sites (p-value 0.046), SPAL facilities (p-value 0.042), education with (p-value 0.012) with the incidence of DHF. There was no relationship between work (p-value 1.000), the habit of hanging clothes (p-value 1.000). From the results of the multivariate analysis, it was found that education (p-value 0.012; OR = 3.288; CI = 1.305-8.282) was the most dominant variable related to the incidence of DHF. Therefore, efforts need to be made to provide outreach activities related to risky behavior that has the potential to cause dengue fever. Further improve and optimize outreach or outreach activities regarding dengue fever and how to prevent dengue fever. Keywords : Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, Education, Water Reservoirs, Waste Disposal Sites, SPAL Facilities, Environmental Sanitation. Literatures : 59 (2015-2024)
