GAMBARAN TINGKAT STRES PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS SURULANGUN
Stress is a response when a person faces various demands, threats, or pressures that can alter their behavior and state of mind. This study aims to describe stress levels among healthcare workers at the Puskesmas (Primary Healthcare Center). The study used a descriptive quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 41 healthcare workers selected through probability sampling methods. Data was collected using the PSS (Perceived Stress Scale) questionnaire, which was distributed directly to the Puskesmas. The majority of respondents were aged 20-35 years (68.3%), predominantly female (82.9%), part of cluster 2 (36.6%), with 1-10 years of service (78.0%), and none had a history of illness (100.0%). The results showed that most healthcare workers at the Puskesmas experienced moderate levels of stress, with 25 respondents (61.0%) reporting this level.
