PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL MELALUI PENERAPAN E-KINERJA PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to examine the implementation of e-Kinerja in the performance appraisal of civil servants at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sumatra Province. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and IS Success Model to evaluate technology acceptance and system success. The results indicate that e-Kinerja supports a more structured, accountable, and objective performance reporting process. Challenges include technical issues such as lagging and limited understanding of report input. Supporting factors include internet availability, training, and supervisor support. Overall, e-Kinerja is considered effective but still requires improvement in system performance and user digital literacy.
