PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV TRIALDI DI MAKASSAR
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at CV Trialdi in Makassar. The population in this study consists of all employees at CV Trialdi, totaling 28 individuals, with the sampling technique used being a census method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach, assisted by SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
