This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Sintren Mandiri. The population used was all employees of the CV. Sintren Mandiri with a sample of 35 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Data was obainedd by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear analysis technique. The data was processed using the SPSS version 27 program. The research results showed that the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the CV. Sintren Mandiri employees.
