Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh unit funding dalam menghimpun dana pihak ketiga pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Palembang. Peghimpunan DPK sanat penting bagi operasional perbankan karena menjadi sumber pendanaan utama untuk penyaluran kredit dan pembiayaan. Permasalahaan yang diangkat dalam laporan ini adalah tantangan unit funding dalam menghimpun dana pihak ketiga dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam menghimpun dana antara lain yaitu kenaikan PPN 12%, Persaingan investasi non-bank, dan persaingan antar bank untuk memperoleh dana murah. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama magang, BTN berupaya meningkatkan dana murah melalui produk tabungan beragam, perluasan layanan digital Bale by BTN, bisnis kustodian untuk menyimpan surat berharga, penawaran produk BTN prospera untuk segmen menengah ke atas, kemudahan transaksi lewat QRIS, EDC, Agen BTN, serta pemberian suku bunga khusus deposito giro Lembaga. Kata Kunci: Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Strategi Funding, Perbankan, Bank BTN This report aims to explain the strategies implemented by the funding unit in collecting third-party funds (DPK) at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Palembang Branch. Collecting DPK is very important for banking operations because it is the main source of funding for providing credit and financing. The issues discussed in this report are the challenges faced by the funding unit in collecting third-party funds and the strategies used to overcome these challenges. Some obstacles in collecting funds include the 12% VAT increase, competition from non-bank investment instruments, and competition among banks to attract low-cost funds. Based on observations during the internship, BTN strives to increase low-cost funds through various savings products, expanding digital services with Bale by BTN, offering custodian services for secure storage of valuable documents, providing BTN Prospera products for the upper-middle segment, facilitating transactions through QRIS, EDC, and BTN Agents, and offering special deposit rates for institutional giro accounts.
