PERANCANGAN DISPLAY ANTRIAN ENAM LOKET MENGGUNAKAN PANEL MODUL LED P10 PADA RUANGAN ADMINISTRASI PRODI FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
The design of an efficient queue system is very much needed in administrative services to improve the convenience and effectiveness of services. This study aims to design and implement a six-counter queue display system using a P10 LED module panel in the administration room of the Faculty of Computer Science Study Program, Sriwijaya University. The design of this system includes hardware in the form of a microcontroller as the main controller, a P10 LED panel as a display media, and a call button on each counter. This system is designed to be able to display queue numbers in real-time according to the calling counter, and provide clear and easily visible information for students. The test results show that the system can work stably and responsively in displaying queue numbers at each counter, so as to improve service efficiency in the campus administration environment. With the design of this system, hopefully it can process well, the queue becomes more orderly, transparent, and organized.
