Information system is a system that provides information for management in making decisions and also to run the operation of pharmacy clinics, where the system is a combination of people, information technology and organized procedures. In the service of pharmacy information system is one of the supports in processing pharmacy service data, one of which is taking drugs that have been prescribed by a doctor. This system is made using the programming languages PHP, Laravel, JavaScript and Mysql for database management as a result of this final assignmenta website-based application for pharmaceutical health management is made to facilitate company management. After the Black Box test was carried out, it can be concluded that the Application is running well. With this application, it can facilitate data and information management.
