This research aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in workshops on the learning outcomes of Class XI vocational students at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang. The research uses a mixed methods approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, employing snowball sampling and random sampling techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and their validity was tested using source triangulation and validation. The results show that the application of OSH has a significant impact on students' learning outcomes and practical skills. This is evident from the improvement in students' neatness, efficiency, and skills, which is supported by questionnaire results showing a 95% percentage regarding the influence of OSH on learning outcomes and skills. Additionally, the implementation of OSH positively affects comfort and learning concentration, creating a more orderly and efficient workshop environment, with a 95% percentage in terms of comfort. The availability of facilities and infrastructure in the learning environment is assessed to be quite good, such as the presence of personal protective equipment (PPЕ), fire extinguishers (APAR), first aid kits, health and safety signs, and machine area boundaries, with a percentage of 91%. Occupational health and safety procedures before learning have also been properly implemented through briefings, PPE checks, explanations of regulations, hazard identification, and maintaining workshop cleanliness (92%). Students'awareness ofhealth and safety is classified as high (97%), although there are still some students who neglect this, so warnings need to be issued.
