PENGARUH REWARD, PUNISHMENT, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MARKETING FINANCING DI PT. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA REGIONAL 3 PALEMBANG
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of reward, punishment, and organizational culture on the performance of marketing financing employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Regional 3 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach using survey methods with 238 respondents from the marketing financing division. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influence of independent variables (reward, punishment, and organizational culture) on the dependent variable (employee performance). The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The proper implementation of rewards, punishments, and organizational culture by a company can improve employee performance.
