The background of this research is the need for a module that discusses Occupational Safety and Health in the machining workshop. This type of research is research and development aimed at developing a course module on Occupational Safety and Health for the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program at Sriwijaya University. This study uses the 4D development model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The results of the research show that the developed module is valid and practical. The percentage obtained from the material expert assessment is 91.67%, and from the media expert assessment is 87.69%. Meanwhile, based on limited trial evaluations, the small group evaluation resulted in a practicality percentage of 97%, and the field trial resulted in a practicality percentage of 89%.
