KARAKTERISTIK PERSUASI DALAM INOVASI PELAYANAN SI JAGO (SIKOK JADI TIGO) DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to examine the adoption process of public service innovation through the Si Jago (Sikok Jadi Tigo) program at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office using Everett M. Rogers' innovation attributes theory. This program allows people to obtain three population documents at once, namely birth certificates, family cards, and child identity cards in one processing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis is based on the five dimensions of Rogers' theory of innovation attributes, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results showed that Si Jago Innovation has a relative advantage, is in accordance with the needs of the community, and is quite easy to understand. Trials have been conducted in 9 UPTD Zones and the benefits can be directly observed by the community. However, challenges are still found in terms of limited digital literacy and equitable socialization. Keywords: Innovation, Public Service, Si Jago, Disdukcapil, Palembang City
