ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI BAGIAN FASILITASI PENGANGGARAN DAN PENGAWASAN PADA SEKRETARIAT DPRD KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in the Facilitation of Implementation and Supervision Division at the Secretariat of Palembang City. Employee performance is a critical factor in determining the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative public services. The research method used is a descriptive approach with the theory of Schullar & Siusan, 1992, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis shows that employee performance is influenced by several factors, including competence, discipline, motivation, and the work environment. Overall, employee performance is categorized as fairly good; however, there are still areas that need improvement, particularly in task completion speed and inter-unit coordination. This study recommends regular training, enhanced performance evaluation systems, and the creation of a more supportive work environment to continuously improve employee performance.
