PENERAPAN INOVASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK BERBASIS ONLINE INAPORTNET DI DIREKTORAT LALU LINTAS DAN ANGKUTAN LAUT DITJEN HUBLA KEMENTERIAN PERHUBUNGAN
Innovation in the government sector is very important to improve the quality of service to the community. This study aims to see how the application of the Inaportnet system in improving the quality of service by using the characteristics of the innovation theory proposed by Everett M. Rogers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Inaportnet system can provide positive effects in the form of efficiency of time and operational costs. In addition, this innovation is also considered more transparent and accountable than previous innovations because it is integrated with technology and information systems.
