EVALUASI PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA DOMPET DIGITAL OVO MENGGUNAKAN MECUE QUESTIONNAIRE 2.0
Based on a survey conducted by Insight Asia (2023) and reported through databoks.katadata.co.id, one of the most widely used digital wallet applications by Indonesians is OVO (70%), Dana (61%), ShopeePay (60%), and LinkAja! (27%). Although OVO is one of the digital wallet apps with the largest number of users in Indonesia, it has received a fairly low rating and some negative reviews on the Google Play Store. Complaints about service quality have the potential to significantly affect user satisfaction levels, which are strongly influenced by user experience, so it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the app user experience by evaluating user experience. This research aims to evaluate the OVO user experience using the Mecue questionnaire (2.0) method. The mecue 2.0 method was chosen for its ability to evaluate functional and non-functional qualities through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The results showed that the usefulness and usability indicators received high average scores of 5.87 and 5.7 reflecting the application's good functionality and ease of use. However, aspects such as commitment (3.8), intention to use (3.95) and loyalty (4.1) indicated a lack of user attachment to the app. These results underscore the need for improvements in service quality, enhancing app stability and providing exclusive offers to app users.
