PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PRICE FAIRNESS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA PRODUK TAS BUTTONSCARVES
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price fairness on purchasing decisions for Buttonscarves bag products. The research was motivated by numerous customer complaints regarding poor product quality and prices perceived as unfair. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 female respondents who had purchased Buttonscarves bags. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that both product quality and price fairness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that consumers' perceptions of quality and price fairness play a crucial role in shaping their purchasing decisions.
