This study aims to analyze the influence of economic growth and the number of micro, small, and medium enterprises on regional original revenue in South Sumatra Province. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was economic growth, the number of MSMEs, and regional original revenue in South Sumatra Province from 2014 to 2023. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The data collection method used was documentation and secondary data. The results show that partially, economic growth has a significant effect on regional original revenue in South Sumatra Province, and the number of MSMEs has no significant effect on regional original revenue in South Sumatra Province. Simultaneously, economic growth and the number of MSMEs have a significant effect on regional original revenue in South Sumatra Province.
