PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT WOODLAM INDONESIA ABADI
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Woodlam Indonesia Abadi. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 employees of the company. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of statistical software. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as does organizational culture. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT Woodlam Indonesia Abadi. These findings confirm the importance of a leader who can inspire and a supportive organizational culture in efforts to enhance employee productivity and work quality.
