Emergency services can be accessed by the public who need medical action quickly and precisely where first aid is needed. The Public Safety Center (PSC) will be referred to the nearest hospital or health center that has been confirmed so that there is no miscommunication and to ensure that patients are not neglected so that they require follow-up by the Public Safety Center (PSC). The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the implementation of the Bersama Kita Bisa (BKB) Innovation Program, a 24-hour Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 service at the Palembang City Health Office. The research method used was qualitative research with a descriptive design using data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and document reviews. The total informants in this study were 9 people. The results of the study showed that in the context category, the program was known to serve people who needed emergency services. The target of the implementation of activities covers all levels of society, this program aims to provide optimal health services. In the category of human resource input in the program, it is not sufficient, there is no Decree (SK) made, Funding has been sufficient but there are still obstacles, Limited availability of facilities, especially due to several tools and materials that are not optimal. In the process category, it is still inadequate due to limited human resources and facilities. The product category has been running according to service achievements but has not been optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the BKB PSC 119 program has not been running optimally and several obstacles are still found. The overall research suggestion is to improve and evaluate the program in each task component to make it more optimal.
